Evropac flexitanks are made using the latest seamless technology of the outer fabric polypropylene coat reinforced with aramid threads and 4 inner layers of high-strength polyethylene film, equipped with ball and vent valves. Evropac flexitanks are available in blue color with red aramid threads passing every 10 cm along the outer layer.

FLEXITANK INSTALLATION

1. Clean the container floor. Install cardboard sheets on the walls and the floor of a standard 20-foot container.

Make sure there are no nails or other sharp objectsin the container that could damage flexitank.

2. Install flexitank in a container.

3. Prepare the hose-pump system.

4. Connect the accessory hoses to the loading (lower) valve of the flexitank by camlock connection.

5. Fill the liquid cargo into the flexitank.

6. After loading of the required volume, close the tap, take off the loading hose and put on the dust cap.

STEAM HEATER PAD

It is used at low temperatures for product unloading,when the transported liquid goods become heavier. It is unfolded on the container floor.Flexitank is installed on the top of it.Then the product is loaded.Heating is carried out by supplying high-pressure steam to the pipes of the heaterpad.
